I always forget about this thing! I'm sorry. haha I don't think very many people read it anyways. Well, my internet was out for a little over a month which sucked! I could get online every once in a while with free wifi from somewhere but it would never last more than a couple of minutes before going out again. So the internet company had to get a permit to dig up the wires in our yard or something that took 3 weeks to get. I wasn't here when they came so I really don't know. All I know is that my internet is working again so yay!
I'm quite excited that a few of my favorite webcomics are getting printed versions made. All at the same time it seems! I bought the first 2 books of Hanna is Not a Boy's Name from Tessa's last self publishing run which I cannot wait for! Signed and sketches in it! :D I also ordered Tyson's printed version of his webcomic Boxer Hockey, which is gunna be signed too! I love signed books so much, especially when the artist draws something in it too. I cannot wait for his comic Diesel to go on sale, cuz I'm sooo gunna buy it. I know Hanna is quite well known right now but I wonder how many people know about Boxer Hockey/Diesel by Tyson? I probably sound like some crazy fan girl or something but in all honestly, those 2 artists are who inspire me the most. That they can draw such original and amazing things that so many people come to love. I hope to some day be as amazing as them. I especially like Tyson's drawing style a lot.

Anyways, I hope you guys enjoy the 4 pages a week dealio so I can catch up with the updates. I should be all caught up July 6th, so that means a little over a month of double updates! I know a lot of people were mad that I didn't update in May. I'm sorry! D:

Everyone should know that Taiki Chapter 4 starts April 13th!!
Why then and not now?
Because I want to create a buffer of pages so that I hopefully won't keep falling behind on updates. YEAH, update schedule! Tuesday and Fridays starting April 13th. There's also a couple other things I need to finish first, but those are a secret. ;]
Why the sudden updates after such prolonged non updating?
I was in college and didn't have time to update for a while there. Then I graduated and was working full time with a crazy schedule and just couldn't find the time. I was recently promoted and now have a more normal day schedule. With that, I had evenings off and was going out a lot with friends and stuff. You know, going out there and discovering myself and whatnot. I met some awesome people who have inspired me a lot. Now I feel like it's time to get back into my art so that hopefully one day I can make money off of it and that way, work my other job less, and do art more. There's a few other reasons, but again, it's a surprise~
I hope I have some of your support and I hope you enjoy what's to come!

I wanted to thank all of the people that have viewed my Livestream and chatted with me on it while drawing! It sure does give drawing a whole different feeling when people are watching. xD
I'm like 2/3rds done with my Calendar so I should be able to update sometime soon. C: I also have training next week for my new position cuz I got promoted. I'm kind of nervous because I have to go to another store and that store is soooo huge compared to mine! I'm really glad that I got this promotion though because I think I will really like the job and also I will be scheduled full time everyweek and not be able to be called in on my days off. xD And I won't be closing everyday anymore which means I can get back into a more normal sleeping schedule and get more drawing done!
On a side note, does anyone know what Zhu Zhu Pets are? They're like little toy hamster things that do stuff and they're like the hottest toy for 2009. Everyone is trying to get them for Christmas, either for their kids, or to sell on Ebay for 5x what they paid for it to people wanting them for their kids. xD Whenever we get them in at work, they're gone in less than 20 minutes of the store opening. People actually have been waiting outside everyday to see if we have them. Anyways, at work before my shift today I managed to snag a Fun House thing for them. I guess they're supposed to live in it or something? xD I was totally going to buy it and sell it on Ebay like next week but then this lady who had been waiting outside everyday to get them for her 2 daughters called the store. She had been waiting at our store everyday and since we hadn't been getting them she decided to try another store today and that store didn't get anything but we did. I felt bad so I told her I'd have one for her. So I just walked around with it til she got to our store and I gave it to her to buy. Her daughter was so happy and kept saying "I love you!!" to me and I was like omg. xD It's not even the actual hamster! Just it's house. I felt bad I didn't have 2 of them for her but oh well. Point of this story, I'm a softie! D:
And another random note, I think Allison Iraheta is amazing. 8D

I signed up for Livestream after I watched Tessa draw a page of her webcomic "Hanna is not a boy's name"! That comic is so awesome. xD
So yeah, here's my livestream! I dunno if anyone would wanna watch me draw something, but I made one incase there were such people. haha Get sneak peeks of pages and stuff! I probably won't start streaming on it until I finish a couple of projects. I'm working on a banner for a church event right now and then I need to finish... my calendar! Maybe I could stream when I draw the rest of those. O: Who knows! lol Wow I'm taking forever on that one. I wanted to finish it like 2 months ago. @_@

Sorry I stopped updating all of a sudden. A bunch of stuff came up and I didn't have time. I've been finishing up other projects that I needed to get done because I had been prolonging them way too long. I just want to get caught up. @_@
Also, I don't know how many of my readers read this without the actual Webcomic page to link from, but my webcomic is currently down. D: Because my debit card expired and I totally forgot about the automatic debit thing so I didn't pay it on accident so they suspended my account. I just changed it because I didn't get the e-mail about it until yesterday. So I don't know how long it will take to process. I'm sorry guys. I hope people don't think that I up and closed it down.
So yeah. Please don't give up on me yet. xD; I'm working on it!

Almost another year has passed since I've started this comic. My first year I updated regularly 3 times a week, my 2nd year, I stayed pretty constant, this past year. D: omg, I cringe thinking about all the missed updates. I'm sorry that I've gone months without updating. Some people worry that I'm just gunna quit and let it die. I'm not. I WANT to update and keep going on a normal schedule, it's just that other things in my life take up all of my time. I've been busy with my job, then my other job designing things for the avatar site, and then my comicing class.
Also, I bought a new desktop computer 2 weeks ago. It's amazing!! I love it sooo much. It doesn't seem to have any problems with my Geocities server that my laptop did. My laptop would let me save 1 page (sometimes 2 or 3) and then wouldn't load anymore. I would have to completely restart it before it'd let me save another thing. It was rediculous! I just went in and saved a bunch of pages and moved things around on this computer and had no problems. It was exciting! And photoshop is so much faster too. * o* I mean, this thing has 8 gigs of ram compared to the like.. 2 gigs on my laptop. lol
There's supposed to be a meteor shower starting in a bit or so, I'm gunna go try to see it. 8D *runs off*

I was supposed to update by now. I forgot that I had a deadline for something else and had to finish that. I applied for a cartooning class to learn how to draw comics and develope drawing style and stuff. I had to draw a mini comic to apply, so I ended up spending all the time that I wanted to use for the Taiki Webcomic to do this other project. Fortunately I was accepted into this class and it will start in June. I'm hoping that this class will improve the quality of my webcomic! Sometimes I get discouraged when drawing the pages because I don't like how something looks, the style I draw in, or the fact that I suck at drawing backgrounds. I feel like the way I draw is really generic and I want some more personalized. I know people like the style that I draw in, I don't want to change it completely, I just want to improve it so that it's more me. C: I may not update as much as I want, but I'm working hard on making my webcomic better so that one day I will love the way it looks enough to get it printed and stuff. It's just that time goes by so fast and weeks fly by and it's so hard to keep track of what day it is. xD So don't worry, it's not going to end, or I'm not going to quit it. It's not gunna die so easily!
Also, I got hired by this upcoming avatar website. I know I posted something about it earlier, but I did get hired and I am so excited to get working on things for it! When it opens I will put a link up so you guys can join and see it. It's going to be amazing! There are so many amazing people already there and working on it that I am very honored to be part of their team.
I'm working on 3 new pages right now, because the next part of the comic starts after that and I didn't want to get a couple of pages into it and leave it as a cliff hanger. xD They should be done tomorrow if I don't get called into work early again, or Tuesday at the LATEST.

Soooo.. I graduated and have moved back home. I've been working full time because I need to save up for a new computer and car. I know it seems like I've been inactive drawing lately, but I've actually been drawing a lot! Most of the stuff however is commissions which I will post all together in a commission art dump on Deviant Art (which means if I haven't done your commission yet, I'm getting to it! xD) and Item Designs for a new avatar site that I'm applying for a job at. I'm slowly building my portfolio for that so hopefully they like my stuff cuz I really want to work there! It's a new site like Gaia, Solia, etc but it's still in the making and it's target launch date is in October. So far the other betas like my stuff but the Admin have yet to comment. @__@
I wanted to post some of my graphic design work, but I had to do an exit interview with the graphic design chair people before I could graduate and one of the ladies said that some of the brands that I made up in my portfolio are sellable! So I dunno if I should post them cuz I don't want anyone stealing my ideas. @__@ Not saying that any of you would, it's just that other people that might could find it.
Also, now that I'm home I can trade people the event pokemon they wanted! xD Since I first offered on Deviant Art I got some new ones! I have Darkrai, Deoxys, Shaymin, and Regigigas (the special event one for Platinum). I also got the Secret Key yesterday for the Rotom event to change his form, but that's a key item, so I can't trade it. I love Platinum by the way! xD Even more that Diamond cuz Cynthia is in it a lot more, the pokemon move when you send them out, and some of the trainers (rival, gym leaders, elite 4) pose for you. xDDD I love it.
I've been trying to update my comic as well. I'm sorry for taking so long. ;__; I'm trying very hard to make time. I REALLY wanted to do Tuesday/Thursday updates but I don't know if I will make it by tomorrow. I will deffinately get atleast a couple pages done this week! I wanted to update like last week or the week before but things always come up. Like taxes! Dx And getting called in all the time and I need to go when they call me into work because I need the money... So anyways, the comic is not dead, it will live soon I promise!!

In my photography class my teacher gave us places that we had to take pictures of that are unique to that place. I am the only person in the class that lives in downtown L.A. so I got Hollywood. Surprisingly the week I get this assignment the Oscars are going on so I went to check it out. xD I was lucky and got there early and barely made it through the security. They were only allowed to let a certain amount of people through to the street across the red carpet. I got there right when they reached the max number but were allowed to exchange people. Like, if someone left, another person could go in. So I waited a bit and I got in after a group of guys left. Shortly after that they blocked it off completely so no one could get closer. It wasn't packed with people, I guess they wanted a controlled amount. xD I had to go through a metal detector to get in. That was interesting. haha This is how close I was to the red carpet :
I saw lots of people getting out of the limos but I didn't recognize any of them because I suck with movie stars. |D Until Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt got out of one. The people around started screaming and jumping up on the rails. I saw them get out and wave and it was so crazy cool! I wanted so bad to see celebs before I graduated and I got to see Brad and Angie! In person! After that a bunch of people left. xD I got closer to the red carpet but the only people after that which I recognized was Prince. He was the only person I got a picture of because every time someone famous came people started jumping around like crazy and I couldn't take pictures over their heads. @__@
Here's the pic I took of Prince and the chick he was with, if you wanna see it. xD He's the guy walking with the white paper in his hand. The white limo there was the one they came in. He was walking away and people started yelling his name and he turned around and waved but I didn't get a pic of him turned around. I was there all day. D: I did take picture of other things for my project, but this was the most exciting thing that's happened for a while. But because a lot of things were blocked off, I have to go back tomorrow to take more pictures. D;
This week is going to suck so bad. I have SO much to do. I had midterms last week and now my teachers are making us step it up and already starting on our final projects. I'm SO SO SO sorry that I haven't updated. I really don't have time, I'm so busy with these projects. I really want to update but I really need to concentrate on my school stuff because I can't afford to get a bad grade on anything. I have less than a month of school left. It's so crazy!
